Course Overview | Performance and Leadership Management (PLM) is a management process that aims to establish bilateral and transparent communication with staff, to understand together what type of contribution each can offer to the company and to ensure working in the right direction to achieve the agreed objectives. PLM works on two dimensions of professional skill, namely performance and leadership abilities, and guides the objectives, the relevant outcomes as well as the personal attitudes and individual behaviours, empowering people and involving them directly in their own path of development. The process of this evaluation model consists of two main parts: defining goals and assessment. |
